Job Description
You Quantity Surveyors aren’t half hard to pin down.
Like finding a diamond in a hailstorm.
But now that I’ve got you, let me steal 15 seconds of your time to read three reasons why you should click apply at the bottom of this advert.

You get a long-term path to commercial management with a business who have plans to grow to £9m over the next 5 years

You’ll get £55k despite not having tonnes of experience, and this will increase over the coming months

You get to work with one of the nicest blokes in the Drylining Industry as a boss – trust me, that’s a bigger perk than you think
The firm themselves are drylining, ceilings, partitions and SFS – which is hopefully your bag, or you’re from a similar subcontract background.
Their work is commercial, plus a few students accommodations & apartment blocks thrown in, so again, any experience there is great but not essential.
Lastly, you’ll need to be able to get around the Midlands but the office is Birmingham way, so you’ll need to be able to get in there daily.
