Support Worker - Exeter (EX1)
Location: Plymouth/Exeter
Salary: £11.05 - £11.43 per hour, with potential earnings up to £29,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent

If so, we want to hear from you! Our client offers supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16-18 and is looking for dedicated Support Workers in Exeter to join their team. We seek individuals with the values and commitment to truly enhance the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential support and encouragement in a safe, nurturing environment.
Work closely with young residents in small, supportive homes housing 3-4 young people.
Collaborate with the Home Manager and other team members to create a positive, growth-oriented atmosphere Benefits:
Sleep-In Rate: £60 per night
Enhanced Overtime Rates: £15.35 - £16.38 per hour
Referral Bonus: £500 for each successful referral
Welcome Bonus: £500 upon joining
Holiday Rewards: £50 Amazon vouchers for birthdays and Christmas
Travel Reimbursement: 45p per mile for work-related travel
Paid Leave: 214.5 hours annually plus 5 paid sleep shifts
