Job Title: Validation Engineer ( Clean Air )
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Salary/Benefits: £27k - £48k + Training & Benefits
Our Client is seeking a hardworking Validation Engineer to join their prestigious Clean Air / Critical Air company, with national contracts and an excellent reputation. Candidates will need hands-on experience working across Medical and Pharmaceutical ventilation systems and must have a meticulous and thorough approach to their work. Successful candidates can expect excellent salaries and packages.
Candidates will ideally need to be based in or around: Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Manchester, Wilmslow, Knutsford, Altrincham, Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Liverpool, St Helens, Wigan, Chorley, Ormskirk, Formby, Southport, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Halifax, Bradford, Huddersfield, Leeds, Wakefield, Barnsley, Castleford, Wetherby, Harrogate, Garforth.
Experience / Qualifications:
- You will have experience working as a Validation Engineer within a Clean Air / Critical Air company
- Will ideally hold CP (Competent Persons)
- IT proficient and strong report writing skills
- Holding the CSCS and IPAF would be beneficial to applications
- Excellent level of industry technical knowledge
- Hardworking and keen eye for detail
The Role:
- Validation, verification and balancing of new and existing air systems within Cleanrooms / Medical and Pharmaceutical environments
- Completing Thorough Examination & Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation systems to HSG 258 ACOP
- Servicing of Laminar Flow and Safety Cabinets
- Routine HEPA Filter and Fan Changes
- DOP Testing & DPC testing
- Working to HTM 0301 and HSG guidelines
- Writing detailed service reports
- Discussing technical issues directly with Clients, and providing updates and technical support
- Travelling as per company requirements
