Job Description

Our client is a global investment management firm. Due to a maternity within the team, they are seeking an Interim Global Product Strategy Manager to support their growth initiatives across the EMEA region. This role will operate on a 9 month fixed term contract basis.


The Interim Global Product Strategy Manager will be instrumental in shaping product strategies and identifying new market opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Interim Global Product Strategy Manager help create a product roadmap that aligns with client needs and market trends.


Key Responsibilities of the Interim Global Product Strategy Manager:


  • Develop and implement a dynamic EMEA Product Strategy, focusing on market needs and client priorities.
  • Lead in-depth market research to support the design of new product concepts and produce strategic business cases for future launches.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to ensure consistent alignment with broader objectives.
  • Drive product pricing reviews and manage funding allocations for product growth and enhancement initiatives.


The Interim Global Product Strategy Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:


  • Extensive experience in market research / market intelligence and product strategy within investment or asset management.
  • Proven understanding of EMEA investment fund structures (UCITs, OEICs, and / or AIFs), the investment management market landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong experience using competitor analysis tools (e.g., Morningstar Direct, Broadridge, eVestment).
  • Proven ability to translate large amount of data into clear and simple visuals/charts; experience with VBA/macro coding to automate tasks would be a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
