Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our project management team. You will assist key team members in delivering innovative technology demonstration projects, managing complex, multi-party projects throughout their lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include establishing solid client relationships, managing project administration, and supporting the team in tracking goals and reporting. A background in project management is desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the project manager in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budget management, risk management, quality management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide secretarial services for multi-party international projects, including organizing biannual meetings and hosting regular teleconferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compile strategic research, information documents, reports, and presentations for project-related meetings.
  • Develop strategies to communicate project results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Location: Paris or Lille (occasional travel in Europe required).

Required Skills:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in French and English (C1 level), international experience appreciated.

Start Date: Position to be filled as soon as possible.
