Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our project management team. You will assist the core team members in delivering our innovative technology demonstration projects. As a member of the project management team, you will be responsible for the daily administration of complex, multi-party projects throughout their lifecycle. You will help address challenges associated with unprecedented deployments in the low-carbon sector, including hydrogen and electric vehicles, industrial decarbonization, and energy storage.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, managing project administration, and supporting the team in tracking objectives and reporting. This position is varied and requires a flexible approach to work. Previous project management experience is desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the project manager in all aspects of project delivery throughout its lifecycle, including project planning, budget management, risk management, quality management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide secretarial services for multi-party international projects, including organizing semi-annual meetings and hosting regular teleconferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compile strategic research, information documents, reports, and presentations for project-related meetings and work.
  • Develop strategies to communicate project results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Location: Paris or Lille (occasional travel in Europe expected).

Required Skills:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in information technology and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in French and English (C1 level), international experience appreciated.

Start Date: Position to be filled as soon as possible.
