Senior Operations Analyst - OE Truck Tires

Job Description
The position is responsible for activities related to overall OEM customer service with regards to support of demand planning, OE inventory, plant customer service representatives, and transportation. Monitoring logistics performance levels and actively participating in projects. Other functions include understanding and using the customer's systems and control of specific OE customers' logistics requirements.
Development of new customers/products:
- Works with Traffic to set up carriers
- Coordinates special pre-build shipments with Plants and PDT Engineers
- Coordinates customer packaging requirements
- Coordinate EDI set up
- Coordinates new customer set up with KAM/Controlling/Account Receivables
Overdue Invoices:
- Monitor and manage customers' overdue
- Overdue root cause analysis and execution of correction action plan
Logistics Performance:
- Regular access according to the OEM requirement of the customer performance tools
- Share the performance status with all parties involved, including plant, sales office, and BU
- Follow up on the responsible areas for action plans and 8D for performance improvement
- Discuss and negotiate with the customer the undue penalties
- Support participation in logistics audits, and implementation of MMOG (Material Management Operations Guideline) requirements
Sales Reporting:
- Support on preparation and follow up of OE daily tracking and sales report concerning the regional business, and match this information with the established targets
- Preparation of sales report including Actual Sales, Firm Orders, Chances/Risks, and stock level
- Execute and manage sales according to the established forecast
- Emission of Credit and Debit Notes
Customer Relations:
- Promotes strong customer relationships with excellent customer support and an emphasis on customer service, through intensive contact with the client, and periodic visits to them
- Maintain and continuously improve the OE local administrative systems and methods to ensure OE Requirements (Web EDI, EDI, SAP, Customer's Supplier Portal, Automation of the DANFE/xml delivery)
- Maintains all the customers' systems related to sales and logistics
- Input and management of customer requirements into POMs
- Analysis and Implementation of Fiscal/Tax Flow and Logistics Requirements according to current legislation for existing and new customers
- Secure FOS and APO upload
Deliveries Management:
- Ensure customers' requirements are met in the business through an analysis of the requirements of the customer and structure available
- Ensure that all the customers' orders are being met through a daily EDI check and straight contact with the customers
- Manage export process, including transit and documents control
- Daily input and verification of SAP sales orders to ensure that all the customer's demands are reflected in the system
- Verification of Credit Availability and request for financial documentation for establishing new credit lines
- Emission of Shipment Units and Delivery notes for invoicing
- Monitor product import and export in order to secure on-time delivery and customer communication
Production Plan:
- Verify if the production plan will cover the customers' demand, and negotiate with the Supply Chain Team possible changes
- Inform the Supply Chain Team of any volume variation in order to adapt the production plan
- Analyze the Production Plan and Provide the Logistic with a Direct Shipment Delivery Schedule
- Follow up inventory level versus customer requirements
- Generate SCORE reports to attend Central Logistics and local logistics requests
Price Update:
- Update raw material information monthly for all customers, based on central information
- Update forecast and all relative files
Budget / Forecast:
- Support the market planning by obtaining accurate annual/monthly/weekly customer demand information
- Provide accurate and up-to-date Forecast figures per customer and preparation for forecast meetings
- Management of forecast accuracy

Qualifications- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, COMEX
- Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations
- Experience with the automotive industry (OEM business desirable)
- Basic project management experience
- Advanced English
- SAP Knowledge
