The role will be reporting into the Program Leader for Tech Pillar (IaaS and PaaS).

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
- Align with Corp to understand Oracle's strategy and GTM. Define with local stakeholders the regional deployment strategy for each market.
- Orchestrate multiple disciplinary squads to guarantee the 360 Marketing campaigns integration of In-Person, Hybrid and Virtual events, digital paid and organic media, and PR strategy to promote Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Hybrid Products.
- Manage alliance relationships and funds.
- Be a knowledge ambassador for technical product content.
- Lead campaign programs from operational storytelling to tracking and analysis of success metrics and KPIs.
- Lead communication with internal stakeholders and keep them updated with planned activities and results.
- Propose new methodologies and perspectives to approach current processes and areas interactions.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Understand business targets and KPIs in your territory.
- Map target audiences' interests and pain points.
- Identify gaps and insights to provide 360° campaigns.
- Campaign Development:
- Orchestrate, influence, and monitor the entire execution process with different Marketing teams to achieve the expected delivery on time.
- Connect product messages with business outcomes, generating strategic messages summarizing Unique Selling Propositions (USP) for marketing executions.
- Consider and suggest the best tactics to reach LOB goals (Sponsorship, Owned Events, Digital Webinars, Hands-on Labs, Associations).
- Evaluate and define budget to KPIs, addressing important pain points in the territories.
- Review audience and segmentation to guarantee appropriate reach and acquisition through different channels.
- Propose agenda, content, and activations that connect to the integrated campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets to guide execution teams in best practices for deploying campaign activities.
- Follow up on projects from start to end to assure desired outcomes and leverage available resources to achieve main KPIs.
- Performance Analysis:
- Set targets for campaign tactics aligned with business targets and track campaign performance against defined objectives.
- Follow leads and opportunities generated by each of your campaigns.
- Read and understand marketing performance dashboards to orient decisions and produce plan adjustments to achieve KPIs targets.
- Stakeholder Communications:
- Share initiatives internally (e.g., Champions, forecasts, etc.).
- Keep internal stakeholders aware of the complete activities calendar; receive feedback and align objectives for your territory; communicate results and calls to action.
- Identify and foster Customer References in the territory to leverage OCI in the region.
- Generate relationships to influence other teams and areas' decision processes in the Campaign development framework, maintaining good communication and relationships with Business Partners.
- Develop spoken and written abilities to transfer knowledge from business areas to the rest of the RGO organization, sales teams, and support staff.
- Experience in Software/Technology marketing.
- Advanced English and Advanced Spanish desired.
- Knowledge of the public cloud market, specific knowledge of competing public cloud offers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and Oracle’s Cloud offerings is a must.
- Campaigns, Field, or channel marketing background is helpful.
