Roles & Responsibilities Engage with business partners to understand analytic and data gaps and facilitate working sessions to design and prototype data integration solutions and automation Leverage data and analytic acumen to help answer business questions and support actionable insights Develop a deep understanding of business operations and objectives Analyze data using SQL, python, and other applicable technologies Create custom process automation and analytic solutions Translate business needs into technical requirements, and translate technical results into meaningful, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders Visualize data using The Doctor, Tableau, and other applicable technologies Pioneer new technologies and methodologies for automation and data analysis Take ownership of relationships, projects, and goals Qualifications Required Experience / Qualifications: Must have 8-11 years experience with the following technology skillsets below: Communicating with and influencing various teams and distilling relevant technical information for the audience Data analysis using multiple SQL syntaxs, python, and other applicable technologies Data mining and database exploration Data visualization withTableau or other applicable technologies Connecting the dots between long and short term business objectives, and driving business value via automation and analytics Problem solver with operational and thinking outside of the box mindset Desired Experience / Qualifications: Can drive and deliver solutions and results with limited supervision Experience with Medical claims a plus Knowledgeable about Contact Center operations a plus Knowledgeable about Verint, Finesse, Cisco UCCE a
