Growth Associate 1 - 3 years Talent500 India, Remote Responsibilities Ensure all new jobs are posted on all platforms adhering to the SLAs Ensure the quality of every job before starting publishing Ensuring a good candidate pipeline for all the open jobs in the system Complete ownership for a set of clients - QC, sourcing, maintaining the pipeline Working closely with the sourcing team to ensure the jobs are posted correctly Working closely with the engineering team to verify the workflows and automate daily tasks Build relationships with vendors across the globe for sourcing relevant profiles Maintaining job inventory on vendor platforms - based on demand and supply Skills : Basic understanding of the different tech stacks in the market Basic working knowledge of MS office suite Previous experience with tech sourcing is highly desirable Previous experience working with any major ATS Excellent communication skills
