Oracle PL-SQL Lead - E2E Implementation

Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of Oracle functional consultants. - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. - Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle implementation projects. - Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. - Oversee project planning, execution, and closure. - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. - Configure Oracle applications to meet specific business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. - Develop functional specifications and design documents. - Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud modules. - Experience in managing Oracle Applications Modules (Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, HRMS). - Proven experience with end-to-end Oracle implementation (from blueprint to post-go-live support). - Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions (Fusion) is a significant plus. - Deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and architecture. - Strong knowledge of Oracles best practices, functional design, configuration, and customization processes. - Knowledge of Oracle tools like Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Reports for technical troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Oracle tools for data migration and integration (Oracle Data Integrator, FBDI) (ref:hirist.tech)
