Kronos Integration Consultant - WFC/WIM

Key Skills : Kronos, SQL, PL/SQL, WIM, WFC, WFD, Dell Boomi, Time and Attendance management. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop complex integrations using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) to transfer employee data, time and attendance data, and payroll data between Kronos and other systems. - Create inbound and outbound integrations to synchronize data, including person imports, time exports, and pay extracts. - Configure WIM to handle data transformations, validation, and error handling. Database and SQL : - Write complex SQL queries, procedures, and functions to extract, transform, and load data. - Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency. - Create and maintain database objects, such as tables, indexes, and views. - Diagnose and resolve integration issues, including data quality problems, performance bottlenecks, and system errors. - Analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of issues. - Implement corrective actions to prevent future problems. - Develop and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integrations. - Perform unit, integration, and system testing. - Collaborate with QA teams to identify and fix defects. - Create detailed documentation for integrations, including technical specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. - Share knowledge and best practices with team members. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong understanding of Kronos Workforce Dimensions, including WIM, WFC, and WFD. - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts. - Experience with Dell Boomi or other integration tools. - Knowledge of HR processes, time and attendance, and payroll. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - 5 years of experience in Kronos implementation and support. - Experience in designing and developing complex integrations. - Experience with data migration and data quality assurance (ref:hirist.tech)
