We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver robotic process automation projects, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and automation technologies. Key Responsibilities : Project Management : - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment. - Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members. - Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality, and timeline expectations. Expertise : . - Understand technologies - Identify and prioritize automation opportunities. - Collaborate with developers to design and implement automation solutions. - Develop business cases and ROI analyses for initiatives. Business Analysis : - Gather requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts. - Develop process maps, use cases, and requirements documentation. - Conduct feasibility studies and assess automation potential. Skills and Qualifications : Essential : - 5 years of project management experience. - 3-4 years of experience with technologies. - Strong understanding of business processes and analysis. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
