SAP GATP Consultant - System Configuration & Implementation

Title : SAP GATP Consultant Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to supply chain planning and execution. - Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and improve customer satisfaction. - Design and configure SAP GATP to meet client-specific requirements, including product availability checks, order promising, and shipment planning. - Define master data and configuration settings for product hierarchies, locations, and transportation lanes. - Configure ATP checks, allocation strategies, and shipping constraints. - Implement SAP GATP solutions, including data migration, system integration, and testing. - Integrate GATP with other SAP modules like SD, PP, and MM. - Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and performance of the GATP solution. - Identify and resolve issues and defects. - Support the go-live activities, including user training and cutover. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the GATP solution. - Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong understanding of SAP GATP, DP, and CIF modules. - Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization. - Experience in data migration and integration techniques. - Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming (preferred). - Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes. - Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (ref:hirist.tech)
