Project Management Analyst Position Overview: In this role, you will provide hands-on support for the onsite Care Technology leadership team at the Hyderabad Innovation Hub. You will be working to enable several of the largest Technology initiatives forEvernorthtargeted at revolutionizing Health Services and Healthcare Delivery in the United States. The focus of the work is to continue to enhanceour market winning capabilities in the Care Technology space. This is a task-oriented position with visibility to the highest levels ofEvernorthmanagement who are motivated to see the successful results of our efforts. The position requires someone with attention to detail and the ability to converse at multiple levels of an organization. The position will allow for access to leadership across all Care Technology organizations. Responsibilities General: Liaison between Care Technology Hiring Managers and recruiting partners to facilitate a steady hiring cycle Continuously monitor the Active Hiring Report to ensure no slow-downs in the hiring process, raising awareness to leadership for any roles that need attention Communication coordination for HIH Care Tech team members Maintain reporting hierarchy documentation Maintain current list of HIH team and contacts Coordinate logistics for HIH site activities and leadership visits, including being the point of contact for financial planning In alignment with leadership direction, implement and execute cross-Care Technology program level-initiatives in support of the onsite HIH team Stretch goal: Identify opportunities for process simplification and improvement, including lessons learned (such as overall time tracking for interviewing) Pre-Recruiting: Support the team in reconciliation and submission of demand plan details and job descriptions to ensure consistency across Care Technology roles Maintain updated library of Care Technology HIH job descriptions Provide reporting visibility between Care Technology leadership and HIH Leadership for the overall HIH headcount roles in Care Technology Recruiting: Able to quickly respond or provide context to program or to team as needed Provide Care Tech HIH coordination for recruiting events, ensuring appropriate interviewers, etc Work with site leadership to identify and escalate HOLD or blockers to recruiting specific roles Onboarding Coordination: Onsite contact for leadership, recruiting, HR, and team members, coordinating information with Hiring Managers to streamline the onboarding process Track onboarding for all Care Tech teams, ensuring logistics are set up, access requests approved, etc Work closely with site leadership to ensure KT plans are in place Familiar with program, site, organization and team onboarding process and steps Care Technology site contact for confirming information (start dates, no-shows, etc) as relates to financial forecasting HIH Team Financial Resource Management: TBH administration and Clarity forecasting Timesheet compliance Qualifications Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills Strong time and project management skills Ability to quickly respond or provide context across the team(s) and program, as needed in order to facilitate up-to-date information sharing and communication Required Experience & Education: 1-3 Years of Experience College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience Desired Experience: Exposure to Software Delivery Teams and Agile Delivery Methodology Healthcare experience Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model Equal Opportunity Statement: Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations.
