Job Title: HV Cable Jointer
Location: South West of England
Salary: Typical earnings of £60,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Key Duties:
HV cable jointing and terminations (11kV and 33kV)
Earthing and cable installations
Lead installations, assist electricians and other trades
Mentor apprentices and less experienced staff
Ensure safety compliance and manage site breakdowns
Uphold company values and maintain professional standardsRequirements:
JIB-approved ECS card
Experience in construction and commercial/industrial installations
Ability to work independently and in teams
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Right to work in the UKDesirable:
Experience in the electrical power sector
Adaptable and proactiveBenefits:
