An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Senior Care Assistant to join a fantastic nursing home based in Warrington.
This role will be based in their dementia specialist, male only nursing facility which caters for those who show challenging behaviour.

Day shifts
7am - 7pm shift times
Full or Part time contracted
Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Previous experience as a senior care assistant in a care home
* Have worked with those with challenging behaviour and dementia care
* NVQ3 or higher in Health & Social Care
* Medication Trained
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting
* Managing the care team within the unit and ensuring staff are adhering to CQC Guidlines
* Provide exceptional leves of care to residents
* Assist with medication, care plans and risk assessments
* Understanding of CQC regulations and DoLs
