If you are a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, then this may be the opportunity for you! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become part of a fast growing and successful sustainability consultancy that is recruiting an OCDEA who can hit the ground running while working from a fully remote position.
The Ideal OCDEA will:
Have at least two years of experience within a similar role
Be well organised
Have an eye for detail
Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff
Ideally gave experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
Have experience or knowledge of planning and Part L building regulationsJob responsibilities:
Developing relationships with clients
Provision of high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure our clients achieve compliance with Part L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner
Providing high quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage to ensure that planning requirements are met
Utilisation of resources from within the team to ensure that the client receives timely, high quality advice and assessmentsWhat our client can offer you:
