Childcare Lawyer

Rate: £50 - £55 per hour (umbrella)

Location: Home Counties

Working: Remote

About the Childcare Lawyer Role:

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a locum Childcare Lawyer to join a local authority based in the Home Counties. The role will be for an initial 3 month period with a strong possibility of this being extended.

Key Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer role:

  • To act as a legal advisor
  • To provide legal advice and support services to clients
  • To carry a caseload of predominantly public childcare care proceedings
  • To cover court hearings and PLO meetings in person
