This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the engineering aspects of a high-quality residential development, ensuring that project specifications and standards are met. What Youll Do Manage and execute all site engineering activities, including setting out, surveying, and quality control, for a residential project Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams to maintain project schedules and efficiency Ensure all construction complies with relevant building codes, safety standards, and company protocols Maintain accurate records, create reports, and provide regular updates on project progress What Were Looking For Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field Previous experience as a Site Engineer on residential projects is preferred Proficiency with surveying equipment and construction software Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities Why This Role?
