COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a renowned nationwide leader in the construction and facilities management industry.
Established in 1996, they have grown significantly and secured multiple blue-chip contracts due to their outstanding reputation.
They are currently seeking a Fabric Multi Trade Plumber to join their team covering Bristol & surrounding area, working on multiple major blue-chip Retail / Hospitality contracts.
JOB PURPOSE
The Fabric Engineer will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of Fabric Technician duties, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance tasks. The role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within safety guidelines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks, from plumbing to other trades and building maintenance like; basic carpentry in a similar setting.
Experience in the FM, retail or public building sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
A flexible, proactive and customer-focused approach to your work.
A full UK driving licence, as driving is required for the role, due to the reactive nature of the works.
Ensure all work is executed safely and to the highest standard.
Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.
Participate in an on-call rota.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain a presentable, courteous, and helpful demeanour always.
Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks.
Flexibility to work out of hours when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing trade
3 years of experience in a similar role required.
Full clean driving license.
