Job Description
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Mechanical business that provides mechanical throughout the UK and London. Due to new Commercial Projects starting in Central London our client is looking for an experienced & qualified Mechanical Site Manager to join their team.
Key duties include:
* Site Management
* Health & Safety management
* Attending internal progress meetings
* Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
* Client liaison
* Liaising with Sub-Contractors
Experience required:
* Experience Site managing the full Mechanical packages on Commercial projects
* SMSTS
* NVQ Level 3-Mechanical
* PASMA
* First Aid
* Strong IT Skills
* Customer facing experience
