Associate Building Surveyor - Join an Award-Winning Consultancy in London
A distinguished multi-disciplinary building consultancy renowned for delivering excellence is actively seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their London team.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will undertake detailed condition surveys and produce comprehensive reports to support Condition Funding Applications for educational institutions.
This role also involves meticulous preparation of specifications, employer's requirements, and tender documents, ensuring their readiness for tender issue. As an integral part of the team, you will perform contract administration as an Employer's Agent under various JCT contracts, guiding projects from initiation through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough condition surveys, producing detailed reports to aid Condition Funding Applications
Prepare specifications, employer's requirements, and tender documents for tender issue
Perform contract administration duties, including acting as Employer's Agent on JCT contracts
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to uphold project quality and timeline commitments
Engage in business development activities to further grow the consultancy's portfolio
The Ideal Associate Building Surveyor
MRICS qualification with a RICS-accredited degree
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a consultancy setting
Business development focus, with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships
Proven experience in line management or mentoring responsibilities

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000
25 days, including a Christmas shutdown
Employer contribution at 3% (employee 5%)
Performance-based, non-contractual
