About the role: KS1 Teacher: Are you passionate about sparking a lifelong love for learning in young minds? We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our welcoming primary school in Redbridge. This is an exciting, full-time, long-term role starting in January 2025, perfect for an inspiring teacher ready to make an impact from day one. Application Requirements: KS1 Teacher:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in KS1 teaching or a relevant educational setting.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and academic growth.
• Foster a safe and positive classroom environment where all students feel valued.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting your approach to meet each child’s individual needs.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to support student success.
• Engage with parents and carers to celebrate student progress and address any concerns.
