Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (plus additional company benefits)

Over the past five years, this firm has experienced substantial growth and is now recognised as a leader in the industry, specialising in engineering-led installations for tier-one principal contractors across London's Zones 1-4.
Starting in ebruary, the company will commence a £30 million M&E flagship residential design-and-build project in partnership with a globally acclaimed principal contractor. As part of this exciting venture, they are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the design, procurement, and delivery of the mechanical packages for this landmark project.
This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in delivering large-scale MEP projects valued at £20 million or more. Expertise in managing both shell-and-core and fit-out phases is highly desirable, particularly within an engineering-led environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of mechanical projects, from pre-construction through to successful handover.
Lead the design, procurement, and execution of mechanical packages, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.
Oversee the delivery of shell-and-core and fit-out works to the highest standards.
Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality-driven installations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for mechanical-related concerns, design adjustments, and progress updates with clients.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and all statutory requirements.
Oversee procurement of mechanical materials and equipment, maintaining project timelines and cost controls.
Provide clear and regular reporting to senior management and clients on project progress, risks, and forecasts.Key Skills and Experience
Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in managing mechanical projects valued at £20 million M&E or more, preferably within design-and-build environments.
Proven track record of delivering both shell-and-core and fit-out phases on high-profile projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and on-site teams.
In-depth knowledge of MEP design, installation standards, and relevant regulations.
