Reporting to the Head of Aftercare, you will oversee a broad range of multi-trade to cost and organise small works through subcontractors. Have daily visits to client offices throughout London, you will be able to deal with challenges diplomatically, with a positive attitude.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Day to day site visits throughout London
* Liaising with specialist contractors and working cohesively with them
* Complying with health and safety policies and procedures
* Full account management and project pricing
* Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard, quality checked with no snagging
* Excellent attention to detail
Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and have an excellent track record in similar project management role, be presentable and knowledgeable in multi trades and be health and safety aware and trained. You will be resilient and able to deal with clients tactfully and positively and be flexible to work outside hours if necessary.
