Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Luton
Job: Part time - 20.5 hours per week.
Start date: 6th January 2025

About the Teaching Assistant role:
Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Offering emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.Level 3 Teaching Assistant Recruitments:
positive, enthusiastic and caring approach
Putting the children's needs first
skilled in supporting children's learning, enabling them to make progress
To be a team player with a good sense of humour.
Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent based on the Governments Early Years qualifications list.
DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
Good level of Qualification in English.
