Job Description

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Holiday: 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Are you an experienced Administrator or Scheduler looking for your next career move? My client is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Administration team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Provide essential administrative support to the Facilities Teams.
Collaborate with procurement teams to manage high-volume material orders.
Schedule work efficiently for teams operating under high demand.
Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Immediate availability with proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly via email.
