Marketing Manager
We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Marketing Manager to develop, execute and optimise our high-impact marketing campaigns with a focus on our online events. Working closely with our Content, Events and Sales teams, you will create engaging content that boosts online registrations, drives conversion, and builds brand awareness. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative approach to help deliver strategic marketing initiatives across Citywire’s diverse portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
-Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and registration in line with Citywire’s objectives and KPI’s.
-Use HubSpot to implement dynamic, targeted email campaigns and workflows by building responsive automation templates, segmenting audiences, and crafting engaging, high-quality copy.
-Monitor email engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
-Working with our digital marketing manager to create campaigns on LinkedIn -paid and organic- to drive registrations and brand awareness of virtual events.
-Collaborate with our Content, Events and Sales team to create campaigns that boost registrations and foster continuous engagement with key audiences, whilst coordinating with the wider Citywire team to ensure consistent and relevant messaging across all touchpoints for virtual events.
-Monitor and analyse campaign data on HubSpot and looker studio to track performance, identify areas for improvement and measure ROI, while reporting insights to our Head of Digital Marketing to ensure continuous improvement of our marketing strategies.
What we’re looking for:
-Experience in B2B Marketing: Proven record in a B2B marketing role, demonstrating expertise in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth.
-Email Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent email marketing tools, including advanced skills in automation, audience segmentation, and content.
-Online Events Marketing Experience: A background in events marketing with experience in creating campaigns tailored to drive attendance and engage diverse professional audiences.
-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven marketing; experience monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
-Collaboration & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for working cross-functionally and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
-Global Mindset: Understanding of and experience in global markets, with an ability to adapt marketing strategies for varied audiences across regions would be beneficial.
