Building Surveyor - Residential Property Specialist
A respected and nationwide chartered surveying practice is actively seeking a Building Surveyor with a strong residential focus to join their dynamic team in London.
This opportunity is ideal for a Building Surveyor with proven experience in residential projects, looking to advance within a well-established firm known for its collaborative environment and diverse project portfolio.
The successful Building Surveyor's Role
As a Building Surveyor in this London team, you will manage a variety of surveying tasks across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
The successful Building Surveyor will deliver detailed surveys, reports, and other essential surveying services to a broad client base, primarily in the residential property space. You'll work autonomously on your own projects while providing guidance to less experienced team members, fostering growth and development within the team.
Key responsibilities
Conducting detailed residential property surveys and reporting findings to clients.
Managing workload and projects independently while supporting junior surveyors as required.
Engaging in a range of professional building surveying services to support client needs.The ideal Building Surveyor will have
Experience within a residential sector, along with knowledge of commercial properties.
RICS-accredited degree and, ideally, MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
Prior experience in a construction-focused or surveying practice, with a track record of delivering successful residential projects.
Strong technical skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team setting.In Return
Salary range: £55,000 - £65,000
