Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Day rate: £450 - £475pd (Inside IR35)

Length: Until the end of March 2025 - Likely to extend

One of our established clients are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis up until the end of March

The business themselves was created in 2017 to bring together the seven research councils and strengthen the UK's research and innovation landscape. They are the national funding agency investing in science and research in the UK, operating across the whole of the UK with a combined budget of more than £6 billion

We are looking for a technically minded BA as you'll be embedded with the delivery teams, working closely with Devs & Testers. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements for a Salesforce implementation & transformation project. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds) is aligned with the business objectives.

They are looking for you to have experience in the following:

  • Minimum 3 years' practical experience in Business Analysis role in a digital/ Tech environment
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce projects
  • Experience with Service Cloud (Omni-channel)
  • A certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent
