The Engineering Stores Technician is responsible for the management of maintenance stores to ensure an adequate level of identified spares is available for use in the plant.

What youll do:

• Conduct accurate stock checks, raise purchase requisitions, and record all stock and non-stock items.
• Liaise with external vendors to maintain appropriate stock levels and storage.
• Maintain the workshop and storerooms in an orderly condition by conducting appropriate health & safety and housekeeping activities.
• Support the Engineering team on maintenance days with maintenance tasks.

What youll bring:

• Experience in or a strong appreciation for Engineering is required, while industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience in stock management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and proactively problem solve.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
