Contracts Manager

I am working with a well-established contractor in the Aldershot area who are looking for a Contract Manager to strengthen their team. You will be based in Aldershot so access to this area will be required, over-seeing an MOD small works contract. There is a lucrative package on offer with a salary reaching up to £55,000 with a company car and benefits package.

The salary for this Contract Manager position is £50,000 - £55,000. You will also receive a benefits package including:

Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:
Ensuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary
Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers
Managing Subcontractors
Managing various services including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical
Skills needed for the Contract Manager:
Strong knowledge of CDM, Health and safety, and compliance SFG20 legislation
SMSTS &IOSH
Experience in pricing and managing projects up to £30k
Able to deliver against KPIs and working with SLA's
MOD clearance would be an advantage
