Your role as Financial Controller:
You’ll be the financial backbone, overseeing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cash flow to make sure every move counts.
Here you will be building a team culture, with two direct reports, you’ll shape a team that’s supportive, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges.
Working closely with sales team as they push into new markets, your financial insight will ensure they’re set up for success from the ground up meaning that you have the opportunity to because a true partner.
The Package:
£70-80k Salary: A competitive package plus private healthcare, an electrical purchase scheme, and a family-first work culture that respects life beyond the office.
25 days holiday, birthday day off, plus bank holidays, and the option to buy additional days if you need it.
