Multi Trade Operative

I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work for a housing association based in Leicester on a permanent contract. The role is conducting maintenance on both empty and tenanted properties.

In this Multi Trade Operative role the responsibilities are:

• 2nd fix carpentry such as door hanging, skirting boards and kitchen repairs
• 2nd fix plumbing such as repairing toilets, basins and fixing leaks
• Lock changes
• Basic electric work
• Basic finishing skills such as patch tiling and plastering

The right Multi Trade Operative will need:

• Social housing experience
• Clean and valid UK driving license
• Based within 30 minutes of Leicester City Centre

If successful the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• Permanent salary of £30,000 per year
• Company van and fuel card
• Company pension
• Holiday and sick pay
