We're partnering with a thriving manufacturing business in Chorley looking for a hands-on HR Manager. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys 'doing the do' - being fully involved in day-to-day HR operations while driving key initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations.
- Supporting managers and employees with practical, approachable HR guidance.
- Leading on policies, procedures, and compliance and aquisitions
- Being the go-to for hands-on tasks such as contracts and onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach and willingness to dive into operational HR.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a bonus.
