Are you a proactive and experienced HR professional ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact?
We're partnering with a thriving manufacturing business in Chorley looking for a hands-on HR Manager. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys 'doing the do' - being fully involved in day-to-day HR operations while driving key initiatives.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations.
  • Supporting managers and employees with practical, approachable HR guidance.
  • Leading on policies, procedures, and compliance and aquisitions
  • Being the go-to for hands-on tasks such as contracts and onboarding.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach and willingness to dive into operational HR.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a bonus.
