Contract Coordinator (FM) - Salisbury

Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experience contract coordinator to join their client's team in Salisbury.

This role will support 45+ employees, and will be heavily involved in engagement, onboarding, offboarding and retention of our FM team. They will need to work closely with the team's direct line managers (who are employed directly by the client), to ensure vital line management tasks are being supported.

  • Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Location: Salisbury, on site working
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting directly into the Area General Manager and our Client's Site Manager, this role will lead and manage the account-based employee processes in accordance with company Policies.
  • Drive supplier and employee engagement to ensure service delivery is of the highest quality to our client. Working closely with the QHSE and Technical functions on the account, this role will ensure everything we do has people and service at its heart.
  • Support the Talent Partner in the recruitment of new staff, creating job vacancies on system, liaising with Talent Acquisition Team, recruiters, use of your own network of contacts, driving internal talent referrals, and tracking site clearances and IT requests for new hires (IT access, software & hardware, BPSS).
  • Audit staff performance in key areas as directed by the customer, and take the lead on escalating these issues, from absence management to dispute resolutions (eg. Grievances & Disciplinary hearings). This will require liaising with client line managers, and reaching out for support from your colleagues, Area General Manager and People Business Partnering team.
  • Conduct mid-year and annual appraisals in conjunction with line managers.
  • Manage holiday and sickness absence in accordance with Company policy.
