Well were expanding our team of Direct Field Sales Executives and good broadband needs good people. So if youve got the gift of the gab, a ton of drive, ambition and a desire to learn and be coached then we need you on our team.

As a Trainee Sales Executive well provide you with all the training and support to help you on your journey. Youll spend your days on the streets of Lancashire (from Burnley down to Bolton)speaking with local residents at their doors, selling them our full fibre broadband and other products.

We might be customer obsessed but we love supporting our people too. Youll get a basic of up to £24,360 with an OTE of £46,000+, our commission is uncapped and some of our best Direct Sales Executives earn much more.

• Youll have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Sales experience isnt needed, but if you have any customer focussed experience that would be great.
• Youre enthusiastic and outgoing with a desire to engage with the public.
• You have the ability to have good conversations with customers, educating them and building rapport quickly.
• Youll be working in a fast paced role so organisation and good time management is a must.
• A desire to be coached, trained, and grow.
  

• Salary: up to £24,360 including travel and tech allowance, plus commission (uncapped - OTE £46K+)
