Steel Fixer Wanted

Shift Pattern:07:00 AM - 17:00 PM
Salary:£16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to position and secure steel reinforcements.
  • Cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars and mesh into moulds for precast concrete products.
  • Ensuring reinforcement structures meet required standards and specifications.
  • Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Following strict health and safety protocols at all times.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a steel fixer, preferably in precast concrete or construction.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Skilled in using hand tools and machinery for cutting and bending steel.
  • A strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Commitment to teamwork and workplace safety.
