Transport Administrator

Staffline is recruiting for a dedicated individual to join our team in an Administrative Role at our Hams Hall site.

This role will involve handling daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. It is ideal for someone looking for a stable position with regular working hours and a competitive salary.

Your Time at Work
The main responsibilities include:

- Managing email updates
- Handling customer phone calls
- Sending out PODs
- Providing general office support as needed

Our Perfect Worker
We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong communication skills
- Has a high attention to detail
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Has administrative experience (ideal, but not required)
- Is proactive and able to work independently

Key Information and Benefits
- Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
- Paid 30-minute breaks
- On-site parking available
- Temporary position with potential to become permanent
