Beauty Sales Consultant

The globally recognised beauty brand, Tom Ford is seeking new people to join their team of Beauty consultants, based at Gatwick Airport, in the all important Travel Retail division.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join the iconic Tom Ford brand owned and managed by the global powerhouse beauty brand, Estee Lauder Companies. The birthplace of some of the most well-known Fragrance, make up and skincare products in the world, this is a brilliant opportunity to be part of this incredible brand.

If you have retail or sales experience in fast paced environment and want to work in one of the most exciting retail locations, then this may be for you.
The role involves learning all about the Tom Ford make up and in particular the stellar range of Tom Ford fragrances and advising, selling and conducting consultations with passengers in the airport.
As an ambassador for this exceptional brand, you are expected to demonstrate knowledge and a passion for fragrances.
Key aspects of the role:

• Achieving sales targets in a proactive andpositive way,
• Deliveringexcellence in a personalised service, demonstrating and engaging customers with Tom Ford Beauty brand,
• Maintainingexcellent counter standards ofhygiene, presentation and adhering to strict Tom Ford Beauty brand guidelines,
• Educating yourself with the on-line training modules, including a brand accreditation and
• Playing as part of a high performing team

Ideal candidates would have thefollowing experience:

• Enthusiasm and genuine interest in the beauty industry,
• Previous experiencewithin a retail role, although not essential
• Passion for delivering amazing service and really making a difference in the day of the passenger
• Personality and commercial spirit to embrace the brand
• High standards ofhygiene and personal grooming, with strict grooming standards
