Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Associate. In this role, you will ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time, working across departments to improve the customer sales order process.
As Customer Operations Associate key responsibilities include:
* Process orders and assign stock
* Liaise with warehouses and internal departments to resolve order issues
* Manage complex customer accounts and handle escalations from overseas partners
* Schedule and amend orders on ERP, perform system testing, and process returns
* Assist with logistics and export control applications
* Perform analysis on order processing to identify and correct issues
Skills Required:
* Ability to work independently within a cross-functional team
* Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
