Carpenter Multi - Voids

I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi for an ongoing contract working on void social housing properties around the south of Birmingham. A company van and fuel card is supplied from day one.

The Carpenter Multi will be working on Void properties, and work will include:

Carpentry
Basic Plumbing
Tiling repairs
Patch plastering
Decorating works
Ideally, I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi that:

Has experience working within social housing
Has qualifications in Carpentry or experience in a carpentry repairs role
Holds a full UK Driving Licence (a company van will be provided from day one)

And in return, the Carpenter Multi will receive:

£23 per hour
A company van and fuel card
A minimum of 3 months work
The opportunity for a permanent position within the business
