Job Description
Our Client are currently delivering a £20million commercial new build building in Central London and are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the current Senior Quantity Surveyor on the project.

Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing and managing project budgets and cost estimates.
* Conduct site visits to record progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Support senior quantity surveyors in preparing tender documentation and contract agreements.
* Participate in value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
* Monitor project expenditures and assist in cost control measures.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.
* Collaborate with the project team to resolve cost-related issues and disputes.
Requirements
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software.
* Basic understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
* A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
