Join an innovator in the tech and finance sectors for a pioneering high-level security company as a Junior Scrum Master. They safeguard UK government buildings and are revolutionising services for fintech giants. As they scale, they're looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join their team.
THE ROLE:
Overall you will support agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments,
and ensuring adherence to agile principles. This includes:
Working with product development, compliance, operations, development, testing and
marketing teams
Monitor and assess release performance, communicate insights, plans and progress
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Professional experience as a Junior Scrum Master, managing 2 projects simultaneously
Experience delivering project scope documents and functional requirements
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Strong planning and organisational skills
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£35,000, depending on experience
25 days holiday + public holidays
