Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced procurement, supply chain buyer for a global oil & gas company based in Dyce for a 9 month contract with the potential to extend for the right person. Pay rate £16- £20 per hour based on experience working Days Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Part of this job role will include some travel to other sites, you will be compensated for any expenses occurred. Training will be provided for you to excel in this role! There maybe an opportunity to work Hybrid after 3 months.
To be successful within this role you will be accountable for materials, sourcing and procurement with assigned indirect commodities driving deflation, variable cost productivity and cash flow targets. Be comfortable to negotiate best possible cost while maintaining the highest quality of good and services.
Work with other business sourcing teams and participate with company strategic initiatives.
To be success the below qualifications and experience is desirable
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
Have proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain background.
Strong oral, written & administrative skills
Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Willingness and ability to travel
right to work in the UK
