Job Description
Required: Mechanical Supervisor
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Nottingham
Pay Rate: £280p/day
Project runs until September 2025
Site Hours: circa 45p/w
Duties
Overseeing circa x12-15 mechanical services/sub-contractors (Plumbing/Heating & Air Con) on large commercial project
Managing H&S, materials, work quality & productivity
Mechanical services valued at circa £3.5m (M&E £7m in total). Install includes air source heat pumps, soil stacks, copper risers etc
Qualifications required: a valid CSCS/JIB card & SSSTS certificate.
Payments: weekly
