Quantity Surveyor – Southampton
Salary - £40-45k + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus Scheme + Benefits
Working Hours - Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week
Quantity Surveyor - TXM Recruit is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Property Services company, working on their social housing contracts covering the Southampton patch.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the financial performance of the project from inception to completion. They will also be responsible for the measurement, pricing and evaluating tenders, CVR reporting + forecasting, identifying areas of improvement with margin, maintaining suppliers and subcontractors’ contracts and more.
This role offers a salary of £40-45k, along with car allowance, fuel card, pension, annual bonus, 21 days holiday + BH’s .
To be successful for this Quantity Surveyor role you will need - HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma or equivalent, previous experience of construction/retrofit or fabric upgrades and experience working with bill of quants, schedule of rates and design/build contracts.
