Job Description
GRG are pleased to be supporting a well established law firm in Coventry, with a reputation for providing excellent client service and delivering innovative solutions. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their conveyancing department.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the conveyancing team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, assisting with a range of tasks to ensure that the conveyancing process runs smoothly.
This permanent role requires you to be on-site in offices Monday - Friday, with flexibility to commute across various offices, so a full driving license is required. The role is paying up to £26,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts and deeds
Manage client files, ensuring that all relevant documents are filed correctly
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on the progress of cases
Schedule appointments and manage diaries for the conveyancing team
Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documentsKey Skills:
Previous experience working as a legal secretary in a conveyancing team
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Full UK Driving License and flexibility to commute across offices as business requires.
