£50m, 22,000 sq.ft, Stone new build in Hertfordshire/North London with the highest quality bespoke and rare finishes.

“TEAM” Is key… No one knows everything and there is no such thing as a stupid question. This approach provides for a harmonious working environment without the need for micromanagement.

Spearheading the delivery of this challenging project whilst being the first point of contact for the client.
· Extensive construction knowledge of the super prime construction sector, applicants should have headed up and delivered a circa £20m project.
· Capable of producing comprehensive detailed construction reports and programmes using Asta power project, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel, to be delivered to clients, client teams and Directors
